There are very few brands I recommend again and again without hesitation, but Mirth is one of them.
I originally fell in love with the brand because of their values for making clothes ethically, but what’s kept me loyal is just how dang cute everything is - season after season! Their pieces are effortless - easy silhouettes, beautiful textiles, the kind of clothing that works for both everyday life and travel. And usually I’m not one for too many prints or colors, but Katie (their founder) has found a way to do it in a way that doesn’t feel complicated or too much for me.
Mirth partners with artisan workshops and family-run factories in India and Peru, and so much of their collection is made using traditional techniques like handloom weaving, block printing, and natural dyeing. In a world of disposable fashion, their pieces feel intentional in every sense.
And because I genuinely love the brand so much, I’m excited to share that I have an exclusive code for you again this summer:
Use code: ABBYALLEYMIRTH25 for 25% off Mirth from July 1–25
(And yes — I’ll absolutely be using it too.)
Below are the Mirth pieces I wear constantly, plus what’s currently sitting in my cart/wishlist for the sale.
A Summer Capsule: 5 Days of Mirth
Ever since I found out I was pregnant, I was so excited that my third trimester would be in the summer because it’s so easy to get dressed when all you have to do is throw on a flowy dress. Mirth is truly the best in the game and this! If you’re looking for an easy summer capsule or if you’re traveling and need to add a couple of really easy looks to your suitcase, here are 5 days of just wearing Mirth! (And notably, I am wearing my pre-pregnancy size in all of these items, as I owned most of them before this summer.) Keep scrolling for some pre-pregnancy pics too!
Day 1
I’m actually wearing this dress as I type this! This is my go-to whether I’m pregnant or not. I absolutely love the cut of this dress - it just feels really flattering. In fact, I was in CVS this morning picking up more heartburn meds and someone stopped me to ask me about it! I don’t wear a bra with it usually, but I have worn a bandeau and it works well. They don’t have this print anymore, but they do have it in a gorgeous mint color or this really cute navy fig print!
Today I have on my Kyoto Shirt just open over the dress because it was a little bit of a chillier morning and honestly, that is my most worn Mirth piece of all time. I have it in two colors - it’s just the best. Go with your regular size for that perfect easy, oversized, but not too oversized look.
Accessories: Sandals, Bag, Sunnies
Day 2
The Zuma Short Dress in Chocolate
This is a short version of the Zuma and one I got this summer. It fits slightly different on top because the straps are thicker, but has that same really comfortable and flattering fit as the long Zuma. The straps are adjustable, which is really nice. Right now it works really well for my bump, but I do think it will be even more flattering next summer. I can’t wait! :)
Accessories: Sandals, Bag, Sunnies
Day 3
Mirth Pants and the Harbour Top
I cannot say enough about the Mirth Pants. I adore them. I like them more pre-pregnancy when I can wear them at the appropriate height, but the elastic waistband makes them an option for me this summer too. I have had these for 3 years and have worn them so much. They are a no brainer!
The Harbour Top isn’t available anymore, but the Wales Top looks really similar (I actually might like this one better)!
Accessories: Bag, Sandals, Sunnies
Day 4
This is another dress I can’t say enough about. I’ve had it for a couple years and continue to love it. I love the smocking detail and the cotton feels more substantial on this one than the Zuma. Again I don’t always wear a bra with it, but when I do I wear these Cakes or a bandeau. My print isn’t available this year, but I love the Brownie color and if you’re into a pattern, I think the Chocolate Mint Hopscotch is really pretty.
Accessories: sandals, bag, sunnies
Day 5
This dress is new for the summer and I LOVE it! The color is perfect. I wore it to my sister’s bridal shower this past weekend, but I also love it with flat sandals for daily life…or like Mirth shows it on their website…for a beautiful boat cruise maybe on the Mediterranean. :) I really can’t stand when I have to constantly pull up a strapless dress or tube top and so far that hasn’t been an issue at all. No notes - this one is perfect!

Pre-Pregnancy Mirth Looks

I took a scroll through my phone so I could give you some pre-pregnancy looks and a couple of other pieces are worth mentioning. The Clemente Dress is beautiful. I would be wearing it now, but it doesn’t quite fit right in my current state. And I forgot how much I love the Goa Top!
New To Mirth?

Ok - first things first, if you’ve never purchased from Mirth before, I’d start with a dress. This is what they do best! You know my favorite styles above (any Zuma, Clemente (really love this one - just isn’t fitting this summer), Janeiro, or Bonaire), but a few other styles that look really cute to me are:
Next, I’d highly recommend the Kyoto Shirt (I’d start with the Box Stitch or Linen) and the Mirth Pants. I’m going to grab the Mirth Pants in black with the discount code since I wear mine in white so much. So, so good.
A couple other styles I’ve been eyeing:
And finally, if you have it in you to consider knitwear, I have and LOVE the Wimberly Sweater - so soft and really well designed.
If you have any Mirth favorites, feel free to share yours in the comments! And if you have any questions - I’m happy to help!
xo,
Abby
