I’m back from my second trip to Scotland in as many months and I have to say there is so much to love about this country! Some quick highlights and then a deep dive:
- My bf’s family and my family met for dinner and it went really well
- Beer and chocolate is better in Scotland
- Golf courses are like churches in the south. There’s one on every block it seems.
- Castles and quaint cottages never get old…neither does the accent and cute sayings
- Seafood in Scotland is incredible
- Highland cows are the cutest!
- I don’t think Scotland can justify saying it has a summer…it’s just plain cold. :)

Day 1:
We landed in Edinburgh at 8am on the 29th…
