September Favorites

+ my new version of ASAP :)

We have had the most beautiful September - so many 80+ degree, cloudless sunny days. I don’t remember if this is always how September is, but I am really grateful. I do hope October gives us those really lovely crisp fall days and that we don’t move straight into winter though.

Even though I’ve had fall fashion on my mind (and I’m definitely drooling over cashmere and jackets), I know I’ll have plenty of months for that soon enough. This month my outfits ended up being a blend of summer with just a hint of fall. Here are a few of my favorites:

horseshoe denim (mine are old and not available, but if you’re looking for this color, I like these) and if you’re looking for this shape, I like these), black tee, my chocolate brown sweater isn’t available anymore, but they have it in black, red pistachio, which I love). I Birks, cow hair sling (collection goes live on 9/29)

These next couple weeks are really busy for both work and life. I am moving our business to a new studio space and my husband and I are moving to a new condo (still in Chicago). And in between the moves we have a wedding in Denver to go to. Not to mention we are hosting our friends and families for our own wedding celebration in mid-October. We are so excited about all of these things, but moving is just plain stressful. So this is a good reminder for me when everything feels urgent. :)
