March Mood & CBK inspo
We’re gearing up for our second drop of 2026 at ABBY ALLEY, and I wanted to share a little more about it here.
This year we’re doing things a little differently - or maybe more accurately, we’re going back to how we started. Less, but better. Fewer releases. More intention.
We’ll always have our Core Collection - the pieces that feel like the backbone of a wardrobe. The bags you can buy in January or July and never regret. The colors and silhouettes that don’t feel tied to a season or a trend.
And then, layered into that, we’re releasing limited pieces throughout the year. Smaller runs. More thoughtful production. Styles and leathers that feel right for a moment - without overproducing or overcomplicating things.
That’s where the March Drop comes in.
March is such an interesting month. Depending on where you live, it’s either fully spring or still very much winter (Chicago is firmly the latter). But even if the weather doesn’t cooperate, something shifts.
The days get longer. The light changes. There’s this collective feeling of forward movement - of planning trips, refreshing routines, craving lighter layers. Even if you’re still wearing a coat, you’re mentally somewhere warmer.
I always think of March as the beginning of momentum.
So it felt like the right time to bring back one of our best sellers: Black Croco.
There’s a reason this leather has resonated so much. It’s classic but not boring. Neutral, but still a statement. It works during the day, at night, with denim, with tailoring, with sneakers, with heels. It’s one of those rare finishes that truly doesn’t feel seasonal.

Personally, I reach for a Sling every single day and whenever I travel. It keeps everything close, hands-free, and somehow still polished. If you have spring break plans, you’ll definitely want to take one with you.
The Tote is what I carry on days when I’m working at the studio or need my laptop with me - structured, practical, and still elevated.
And the Everyday Bucket Bag has quickly become my favorite in-between option. It’s relaxed but intentional. The kind of bag that makes even a simple trench-and-denim outfit feel finished.
This drop launches March 10th for email subscribers (you can sign up here) and March 11th to the public. Quantities are limited, and once Black Croco is gone, it won’t be restocked this year.
