Hi Friends! I’ve put together several gift guides to help you find creative, meaningful gifts for your loved ones. I had so much fun making these…and probably spent way to long scouring the internet! I hope they are helpful!
Creative Hostess Gifts/ For The Home
Something different than a bottle of wine or something for someone who recently moved or loves to entertain…or just appreciates something unique and cool. I’ll try to link these as clockwise as possible, starting top left. Prices: $20- $75
My favorite candle ever (Chicago-based company)
Cute pads of paper (so many fun options!)
Personalized lighter (How fun! Could be a great pair with a candle!)
Wavy pitcher (made in Italy)
Simon Pearce dish (love everything this company makes)
Spiral coasters (these are in my cart)
Really good olive oil (I was gifted this and now am obsessed)
Oven Mitts (you can get these monogrammed or personalized)
Cheese labels (they are made of old forks - love these!)
Cozy Luxury For Her
I always think something cozy is a great gift because the recipient can usually use it right away! I’ll again try to link these as clockwise as possible starting in the top left. Prices range from $14 - $370
Blanket Scarf (I have this and it’s just gorgeous. I often use it as a blanket.)
PJs (you can never go wrong with a new PJ set!)
Alpaca Beanie (also available in cashmere and merino if you’re sensitive to alpaca)
Cozy Cotton Sweater (I have this one and love it!)
The best slippers hands down (my whole family has these)
Cashmere Socks/ really soft socks (I have a few pairs from this brand and you can’t go wrong)
Cashmere Blanket Scarf (looks like a dream and available in tons of colors)
Weighted Pillow (love this concept and it’s chic!)
Cloud Socks (I have 3 pairs and wear them all the time)
Shearling mules (these are in my cart!)
“I Voted For Her” Sweatshirt (I have the one that says “Madam President” and truly it’s the best sweatshirt I have. Choose whichever phrase speaks to you or make it custom - it’s worth it. So good.)
Silk Eye Mask (I have this and love it!)
Mirth Cardigan (in my cart - I’ve tried it on and it’s stunning!)
Gifts for Her
I have posted a lot of clothing ideas lately in my Knitwear Guide, Holiday Styling Post, and Thanksgiving post, so I thought I’d skip clothes for this one! All of the items below are from female-owned businesses. Women supporting women while shopping for women! From $14-totally splurge worthy!
A bag for the on-the-go mom or world traveler
An everyday necklace perfect for layering
A tennis necklace that doesn’t cost as much as your mortgage (I have this one and absolutely love it!)
A white sapphire necklace that also comes in a diamond option
Chic, lightweight, everyday hoops
Claw Clip - so many good colors and sizes
For Him
Men are always a little tricky to shop for in my opinion. I gathered some ideas that range from super practical to things they may not purchase for themselves. Price: $20-$300+
Fisherman Sweater (always a classic)
A new belt (I feel like this is one of those things that can use a refresh/update, but they may not think of themselves.)
A new or replenished scent (this is Tom’s favorite, but feel free to insert your man’s go-to scent here!)
A travel bag (super practical, always needed)
Deck of Cards (love the Chicago art, but there are other cities as well!)
Cozy Slippers (these are the men’s version of the ones I listed above. They are the best.)
A Range Finder (Not all range finders are created equally. Tom is a really good golfer and this is the brand he swears by because they last.)
Water Bottle (Super practical, can’t go wrong. Everyone in my family now has one of these.)
Custom artwork (I love this idea!)
Cozy Robe (something he probably won’t buy for himself, but if he’s like Tom, he’ll love it!)
New underwear (who can’t use a few new pairs?!)
Fleece Jacket (from Alex Mill - where fashion meets function)1
Happy Shopping!
xo,
Abby
