Hi All! It’s been an eventful couple of weeks. My husband (still getting used to calling him that!) and I moved to a different house here in Florida for the month of March. We always knew this was happening. The house we rented for our 7 month Naples stint had previously been rented for March so we had to find an Air B&B. As much as moving is a pain, we’re actually really loving this house. Even though it’s cheaper, it’s much nicer - I kind of wish we had been here the whole time! There’s a lovely little lanai that I’m really enjoying working from.
I was also in Chicago for about 48 hours last week to surprise my mom for her birthday! My dad and sisters did all of the work on this surprise because I was planning our wedding, and they did such a great job. She was surprised and it was so nice to see my aunts and uncles, especially after just getting married (we just had immediate family at the wedding).
Now I’m back in FL and it’s March! It’s giving me major spring break vibes. The sun is getting hotter, the days are getting longer, and even though the season shift is so minor compared to what I’m used to in Chicago, I’m still craving spring!
Let’s do a rewind of some things I loved in February and then I’ll do a March mood board and what I’m looking to add to my closet this spring. And as a side note, I cleaned up my ShopMy page to make it easier for you to find things - sorting for brand and item type!
February Favorites

I’m stating the obvious here, but our wedding day and everything about it was my favorite part of February, of 2025, and arguably of my life, but I’m going to leave that out of my February Favorites because I’ll hopefully revisit our wedding once we get our photos back. :)
In order of the photos here are 9 things I loved in Feb:
This romper might be in the top 10 pieces of clothing I own. It fits perfectly, it’s so comfortable, and it’s a timeless silhouette. I absolutely adore it.
With only two months left in Naples, it’s starting to hit me that our time here is brief. I’m trying to get to the beach as much as possible. Even a couple minutes of listening to the waves is therapeutic.
I loved this all denim look. The most comfortable jeans I own right now and this really soft button down. I wish I sized up, but it’s still great.
Never met a sunset I didn’t love.
I loved this outfit. My Mirth pants, an old Mara Hoffman top, and these sunnies.
We tried a new restaurant, Bicyclette Cookshop and it was soooo good. I can’t wait to go back to try other things.
I’ve been wearing our Ivory Croco Sling a lot since it launched and I really feel like it elevates every outfit. (It’s 20% off through 3/8 with code CROCO20)
I saw this salad on TikTok and made it (I changed the dressing to just lemon and olive oil and added some cheese we had in the fridge to the salad) and it was delicious!
I snapped this on one of my morning walks. I just love how much I was outside in February living in Florida!
March Mood Board
Buttery yellows have been everywhere lately and I’m really loving what I’m seeing. I’m not sure yet how/if I’m going to jump on board with this trend. If I purchase something I want it to get a lot of wear out of it and I want it to feel classic.
All products linked on the Buttery Yellow shelf in my ShopMy White denim and white pants are really on my mind. I have the Mirth pants from above and this pair of cream denim, but I don’t have any true white denim or true white trouser style pants. I ordered a bunch to try on and will report back!
A new pair of sandals. I wear the same 2 pairs of sandals pretty much 80-90% of the time. Love them, but I’m feeling like I need something fresh. I’m debating between these four pairs right now:
JH Slides (splurge, but amazing and I think I’d wear them a ton)
BSS Mesh (this is a new to me brand)
LR Mesh (I loved my LR wedding shoes so know I like the fit/feel),
FS Fisherman sandals (not really into the traditional fisherman sandals, but these chunkier ones are speaking to me)
With the weather heating up, I can feel myself wanting to wear easy dresses more and more. Mirth is my go-to for this and I have my eye on this one1, but I may pop into a new Naples shop, Keep, before I order it.
Business Thought
I’ve felt a bit in a rut lately, looking for answers to my questions on how to strategically grow AA outside myself. Thinking I don’t have the answers, but someone else does. After hitting wall after wall, the only option left is that I actually must have the answers.
If you’re in the same boat as me, I’m quietly launching a coaching opportunity. You might just need one call to clear out the cobwebs and refocus or maybe a few sessions if you’re wanting a little more accountability along the way. Here’s the link to get more info and to get signed up on my calendar. :)
Random Thoughts
I don’t understand the Oscars anymore.
Season 2 of 1923 is giving me life.
I watched the first half of the first episode of the Meghan Markle Netflix show and turned it off. It didn’t resonate with me. I really wanted to like it, but I found myself really bored. Oh well!
Until next time!
xo,
Abby
